There’s nothing more harmful to your mental health than constantly being around Negative Nancy’s. Start hanging out with people that don’t hate the world and aren’t afraid to give you compliments. You’ll feel better about yourself because the people around you have positive outlooks on life.

3.Ignore criticisms

Who gives a shit if someone talks down on you? Seriously, it doesn’t mean they’re right. Some people bring down others because their life is so pathetic, talking shit about others is all they have going for them. When someone tell you that you’re not good enough, tell yourself that there are 10 people that think you can. It not only helps you think highly of yourself, it’s probably true.

 

4.Look yourself in the mirror and say, “damn, I look good!”

Whatever you tell yourself over and over, you’ll eventually believe it. If you look in the mirror and think, “wow, I’m butt-fucking-ugly”, that’s what you’ll think. So don’t do that. Instead, look into the mirror every morning before you go to work, smile and say, “damn, I look good”. After a while, you’ll actually believe it and when you go out, you won’t be so afraid of approaching women.

This goes back to having a positive outlook. People that constantly think positively are confident individuals.
